A standard frame of 40mm is used if not specified differently so the canvas will be 40mm away from the wall.

A canvas wrap is where the image wraps around the frame of the print. When an image does not wrap around the frame, the edges can be made a colour of your choice. ** White is the default option. If you prefer another colour, please specify it when placing your order.

We try to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible to what your canvas print will be, but we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. All our monitors are calibrated.

Yes, we can however we may charge you depending on how much work is involved. We will also recommend a nice design option instead of just a photo in the case of family portraits. See some of the work we have done on the portfolio page.

Under normal lighting conditions (away from direct or indirect UV light) your print should last up more than 25 years.

Orders can be collected in Somerset West or couriered anywhere in South Africa. We use a courier with a reputation to manage each parcel with extra special care to ensure your order will reach you in the condition it left us. We deliver to some parts of Cape Town free of charge (depending on order size).

The canvases are quite durable. You can dust it with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas requires deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth.

Yes, our canvas prints are sprayed with a special protective coating that will protect them from dusting and cleaning.

We can print from colour or black & white negatives, photographs or slides. In fact, if there is an image that needs reproducing, we can do it.

Various materials need to be printed at different DPI (dots per square inch) depending on the porosity of the material. Our results are always of the highest quality.

Canvas frames are usually hung straight from the top box frame profile.

The finished size is determined by the client needs. We use your artwork as supplied or edit it for you to ensure you are happy with the end results. When ordering please give us as much info as possible to ensure we have only happy customers.

You can upload by using the "upload artwork tab", bring in the images on a flash drive if convenient or by using file transfer solutions the remainder such as, www.yousendit.com or www.dropbox.com. Just remember to let us know by email when you have done so or send us the link for the download.

The production time for a canvas on averages is 3 to 5 business days depending on the season and volume. We do everything we can to get the canvases printed and courier/deliver to you as fast as possible while also maintaining the highest quality standards.

Yes. Simply choose to get started making your canvas and you can select 2, 3, and 4 panel canvas options.

Our image enhancement process allows us to make almost every picture into an amazing canvas print. If, however, we do receive an image that is too small to print well at the desired size, we will contact you before printing. You can also send us an email (address above) with the image attached and we'll let you know the recommended range of canvas sizes for that picture.

We are always ready to do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied with your print. We take great care in crafting your canvas but if for some reason it is damaged or you are not satisfied we will immediately replace it or offer you a complete refund - no questions asked.
